The previous README still described canvas as a 1440-px-only, no-auth-UI, preview-only-actions demo. The actual shipped product has SSO, EA2-backed Process Studio, four Hubs, Geo Attendance, internal Chat, Command Assistant + per-tenant memory, three personas, an LLM-proxy fallback path, and a dark theme.

Rewrites the README so a new reader can navigate the actual product. No code changes.
