Tiny production polish.

  • Settings "About" no longer leaks the internal Gitea repo URL to operators.
  • index.html: tighter description, noindex,nofollow (canvas is an operator surface, not a public marketing site), preconnect hint, title separator normalised.

tsc -b + vite build both green.
